All other engines available are paired exclusively with the automatic. This includes a turbocharged four-cylinder that provides a bit less horsepower but better fuel performance. Customers who prefer a diesel have the option of a turbo V6. The 6.4-liter V8 known as the “392” is exclusive to the Rubicon 392, and the 4xe hybrid powertrain is available with the Rubicon and Sahara trim levels.
The base Sport comes standard with the Uconnect 4 infotainment system, which includes a 7-inch touch screen, a rearview monitor and Apple and Android smartphone integration. Starting with the Sahara trim level, this system is upgraded with an 8.4-inch screen and integrated navigation. Automatic headlamps are standard. Beyond the base model, you have the option of an Advanced Safety Group that adds adaptive cruise control with stop, automatic high-beam control and a full-speed collision avoidance system. More features, such as blind-spot monitoring, are added as you move up trim levels, and some trim levels, such as the Rubicon 392 and 4xe models, include them standard.
