The Sales Person is responsible for working towards Marina Auto Group’s mission of creating outstanding customer confidence in the services provided, by delivering professional performance and having an exceptional commitment to customer care. The Sales Person achieves this by ensuring the highest quality of professionalism in all sales transactions, building customer trust and loyalty in the Marina brand.
- Understands and meets customer needs throughout the vehicle buying process
- Accurately completes necessary paperwork
- Effectively negotiates purchase price with the customer
- Possess a basic knowledge of the vehicles sold throughout the dealership
- The ability to negotiate in the best interest of the dealership while maintaining the sale
- Effective verbal communication skills.
As a Sales Person with Marina Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram you will be recognized and rewarded for your performance though a competitive commission-based compensation package with earning potential from $60,000 on up, based on your performance.
